About Me

Hi, I’m Joana Rebollo, LCSW-S, and I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for support takes courage, and whether you’re feeling stuck or simply looking for a space to feel heard and supported, I’m honored to walk alongside you.
I support clients navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions, always with the belief that brighter days are ahead. My clients are often resilient, insightful individuals who are ready to make sense of their experiences and move toward meaningful change—even if they’re not quite sure where to begin.
I believe that you are the expert in your own life. My role is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your story without judgment, reconnect with your inner strength, and develop tools that bring more clarity, balance, and hope into your everyday life. Together, we’ll work to identify the patterns that may be holding you back and help you move toward the version of yourself you most want to become.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor (LCSW-S) and a proud graduate of the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work (UH GCSW). I earned my undergraduate degree from The University of the South (Sewanee). My professional background includes working in community mental health, on a crisis line, in a domestic violence agency, and at a resource center—experiences that have deepened my passion for meeting clients where they are and walking with them through some of life’s most difficult moments.
As a bilingual (English & Spanish), bicultural therapist and the daughter of immigrants, I understand the unique challenges that come with being first-generation. These lived experiences inform my work and allow me to support clients through cultural identity, intergenerational dynamics, and the pressures of navigating multiple worlds.
When I’m not in session, you can find me reading a book with a cup of coffee in hand or out on a walk with my two sons and husband. I’m a firm believer in balance, joy, and the power of self-care.
If you’re ready to take that next step, I’d love to connect. Let’s start this journey together.
